SLIMMING CLUB NEWS!
16 members made it to the end of the 8 week course and managed to lose a combined weight of 10 stone, 10 pounds & 2 ounces! Fantastic result ladies! Special congratulations to Michelle Just & Catherine Humble who both lost over 1 stone. Well done to Beth Hodgson, Carol Dobinson, Janice wilkinson, Julie Field, Val Harle, Linda Spagnoli, Judith Jeffries & Michelle Muir who all lost over half a stone. Well done to everyone who gave it their best shot!

SMOOTH RADIO "Love the North East" AWARDS
Club Zest has made it into the top ten under the category "favourite place to get fit" We are all really thankful to everyone who nominated us - it means so much to know that you all love your club!
We are up against some tough competition to make it to the top 3 as we are the smallest club competing against big council run places and large luxury clubs, but with your support, we might just get there! NEW CHANGING ROOMS COMING IN THE SUMMER
Over the summer when the club is a little quieter, we will be refurbishing the toilets & changing rooms. It's quite a big job so we may have to close for a few days (brick walls to come out, both loo's out of action at once etc..etc..) but we are sure that you'll love the end result! New toilet cubilces, new lockers, new flooring, new dressing areas, new wash area & private changing cubicles. We can't wait!
PUMP FX & BLAST FX - NEW ROUTINES LAUNCH WEEK BEGINNING 26TH APRIL
New Blast on Monday 26th at 5.30pm If you haven't tried Blast now is the time! It's a great all round workout which consists of:
1 track of lower body exercises
1 track of upper body exercises
1 track of abdominal exercises
1 track of balance work
up until this point the class has been static & without any impact, concentrating on working muscles. The aerobic section is placed at the end of the routine so that you give 100% to the muscle work & then use what ever energy & strength you have left at the end when the class finishes with:
