ENROL NOW AT RECEPTION!
£15.00 for an 8 week course
Places are limited so you must pre-book your place
On the evening of the enrolment you will need to leave yourself one and a half hours to listen to how the plan works. You will be weighed and will pick up your packs.
If you cannot attend the enrolment you will be unable to participate in the slimming club.
After the enrolment, you won't need to come at any pre-arranged time again, you will simply get weighed once a week at a time that is convenient for you. You will be required to complete a food diary each week, and this will be analysed and given back to you with notes attached.
Our slimming club has proven very successful over the years so if its pounds you want to shed, get signed up as soon as possible! No fad diets, no foods forbidden, just sensible eating advice & guidance to help you to lose weight steadily & successfully. This healthy eating plan teaches you how to eat healthily for life, how to lose weight & how to enjoy all the foods you love in moderation without leaving you feeling deprived.

She made me laugh from day one when she announced after her first workout that she wouldn't be eating cake anymore if it meant she had to keep doing exercise like this! Combat with Debra on a Monday at 5.30pm will now change to BLAST FX (Intermediate/Advanced) with Debra
Spin with Lorraine on Wednesday's at 4.45pm will now be taken by Ellis
Spin with Sarah on Wednesday's at 7.00 pm will now be taken by Ellis
Spin with Lorraine on Thursday's at 9.15am will now be taken by Holly
Spin with Tanya on Friday's at 10.15am will now be taken by Lorraine
Spin with Lorraine on Friday's at 7.00pm will now be taken by Ellis
Spin with Tanya on Saturday's at 11.30am will now be taken by Ellis
